Armani Group has announced a long-awaited collaboration between Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Arada to create the Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah. Nestled on the outer crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the ultra-luxury project will have a limited collection of exquisitely crafted properties, including palatial penthouses.
According to Arada, the start date of the sales launch for Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah is scheduled for H2 2023. The envisioned ultra-exclusive complex is due for completion in late 2026.
The gorgeous residences will be designed by Tadao Ando, who is the Japanese Pritzker-Prize-winning architect famed for his minimalist approach. Among the most famous projects by Ando are Maritime Museum Abu Dhabi in Abu Dhabi, 21_21 Design Sight in Tokyo, the Benesse House on Naoshima and the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth in Texas, just to name a few.
Palm Jumeirah is famed for its extensive selection of Dubai’s most extravagant developments, including the recently launched Como Residences by Nakheel. The meticulously designed 71-storey complex will house just 76 properties, namely 2–6 bedroom apartments and 7-bedroom duplexes. The crown jewel will be a 5-bedroom duplex penthouse with a private swimming pool and 10 parking spaces.
