The newest retail center – the Beach – which was under-construction since 2012 was completed in early 2014 – has further enhanced JBR both in terms of its retail and infrastructure. There are also other works underway to green up the community and a tram that runs across one part of JBR is also under-construction.

JBR’s residential property is some of the most sought after in Dubai.
